Presentation
Me Frédéric Gervais is a lawyer who intervenes in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg in corporate law, commercial law, banking law and insurance law.
Me Gervais assists his clients in front of Luxembourg courts in the framework of complex and often multi-jurisdictional litigations, in commercial matters as well as in banking and insurance law.
Me Gervais regularly assists and advises private and institutional clients, domestic and international, in corporate projects and commercial law.
He has an extensive experience in corporate law transactions, as well as in negotiating, implementing and managing any type of commercial contracts.
He is notably active in the field of green economy and in renewable energy transactions, in which he expresses a great interest.
Me Gervais has been a lawyer member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2002 and qualifies at an avocat à la Cour since 2004. Prior to founding GERVAIS LAW FIRM in 2019, he worked previously for two respected law firms in Luxembourg, acquiring an extensive experience and developing a specific expertise in his fields of intervention.
He holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Nancy II and a post-graduate degree in public law from the University Montesquieu – Bordeaux IV.
